The RDN Board gave three readings to and adopted Temporary Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2500.14, 2026 and Bylaw No. 1285.42, 2026 on May 12, 2026. The bylaws temporarily prohibit the creation of new two-unit building strata lots in rural zones of Electoral Areas A, C, E, F, G, and H.
